Therefore, MCTxs makes no guarantee that data will be protected against data loss or file corruption. MCTxs makes no warranties of any kind, direct or implied, for the services you receive. We also disclaim any guarantee of merchant ability or fitness for any particular purpose and cannot be held accountable for damage you suffer due to loss of service, failure to deliver information, corruption of information, or content of the information you receive, whether the cause is our negligence or the user’s own errors. Your use of other network service through MCTxs must comply with the rules of those networks and computing systems. MCTxs accepts a variety of billing plans (ask for details). Billing will be on the first and the fifteenth of each month. Late payments past a stated grace period (seven business days), will result in discontinuation of service when the grace period runs out. If you then wish to continue service with us, you will be accessed a $20.00 reconnect fee and the total past due amount, unless prior arrangements have been made by contacting our offices at (276) 783-6986. If you decide to discontinue your service with us, it is Your Responsibility to contact us prior to your date you wish to disconnect, if you do not notify us, you will be billed for the remainder that is owed on your account.
Use of the services provided by MCTxs states that the user accepts the terms outlined in this policy statement. MCTxs is an information services provider. We take responsibility only for the content of our own web page. We cannot be held responsible for any material other than our own. Some material on the web may be offensive to certain people.
We ask that you take care in creating user names and passwords for purposes of our records. We cannot protect your account or give you full advantage of our services unless the information is reported accurately. We allow one user account per individual, two e-mail accounts. MCTxs makes no distinctions or discriminations based on race, sex, religion, sexual orientation, etc. However, we do retain the right to suspend or discontinue any account if it is deemed necessary.
